The container crane is used for the fully automated handling of hazardous material containers. The crane is controlled via a camera-based system from an operator station with two joysticks. For this purpose, the crane and the piggyback spreader are equipped with over 20 high-resolution cameras.
Additionally, the crane is integrated into an existing yard management system and is intended to transport tank containers fully automatically overnight within a designated working area. The supplied piggyback spreader features an interchangeable frame, allowing it to also handle truck semi-trailers.
