Brunnhuber Eisenhüttenstadt GmbH carries out the complete maintenance for all crane installations, hoisting equipment, load attachment devices and rail vehicles like locomotives and wagons at the company location of ArcelorMittal in Eisenhüttenstadt.

For us, maintenance means: maintenance, examinations by authorized experts, reconstructions and trouble shooting for the ongoing production process. We are not just committed to coordinate the maintenance process and to correct errors, but we also aim to detect improvement potentials at the machines. Cranes / lifting devices:

Our experience in maintenance of lifting equipment reaches from maintenance of 250 kg electrical wire rope hoists or trolleys to the maintenance of heavy casting cranes with four bridge girders with a lifting capacity of up to 365 tons. Service and inspections by qualified professionals carried out at regular intervals are the requirement for a high availabilty of the installations.

Lifting devices:

In the field of load attachement devices our range of services includes the maintenance, repair and overhaul of a great number of grabs for steel bands as well as sheet stack grabs, tongs and magnets of various construction types and with different lifting capacities.

Elevators:

Elevators of different manufacturers also belong to our maintenance objects. Intermediate inspections and periodic inspections carried out in cooperation with the German association for technical supervision TÜV are compulsory once a year and are also carried out by our staff.

Rail vehicles:

We are also experts in the field of maintenance of locomotives, waggons, teletracs, battery operated towing vehicles and vehicles for the metallurgical process. Periodic inspections of locomotives and regular checks of waggon brakes are crucial for safe operation and a high availability of devices and our experts are happy to carry out these inspections.
