The beginning of a new year is a good moment to put the functional efficiency of existing equipment through rigorous tests. In order to assure that the cranes will continuously function reliably and without disruptions we carry out periodic maintenance and as well inspections (e.g. the check according to DGUV directive 3 (former BGV A3) and UVV inspections).

The BGV-A3 testing is part of the German Industrial Safety Regulation which says that all electrical operational resources need to be inspected in regular intervals. This inspection must take place at least every 4 years and it is carried out regardless of the UVV-checks according to BGV D6. The UVV accident prevention test does not replace the BGV-A3 check which has to protect operators and maintenance staff working with electrical equipment from electric shocks.

We are ready to carry out the BGV A3 check on your crane installations!
