After having won the order for manufacturing of an overhead travelling crane BRUNNHUBER CRANES, the specialist for brand new cranes for all handling areas and industrial sectors, demanded local support for assembly of the new crane.
The Process Crane of a hot rolling mill had reached the end of its theoretical remaining useful life and consequently it was absolutely necessary to take appropriate measures, not least because an expansion of production was planned in the hot rolling mill.
In October 2014 a crane was replaced with rapid assistance of the TeichmannGroup at the production site of Vallourec Deutschland GmbH in Düsseldorf-Rath, a company belonging to the Vallourec Group producing hot-rolled seamless steel tubes.
